Brother's business devices have a Remote Panel solution that enables your IT department or IT service provider to remotely troubleshoot print device issues. The control panel of the printing device can be operated remotely from the comfort of your IT providers desktop PC.
Remote Panel operates in real-time, offering a complete interactive interface to your printing device. Your IT provider can access the full functionality of your printer, including maintenance mode to quickly diagnose and resolve any issues and enable settings to be changed as if they were physically standing at the printer.
