This HDMI over IP extender kit distributes video to a remote location, over your local area network (LAN) and Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cabling. By combining this HDMI over Cat5e / Cat6 extender kit with additional receivers (sold separately) and an Ethernet switch (sold separately) you can distribute an HDMI source to multiple locations and create a HDMI video wall system using several remote displays and receivers in the same location. You can also use multiple transmitters on the same network to distribute different video sources or connect the transmitter directly to a receiver at up to 330 ft. (100 m), in a point-to-point setup. This HDMI extender kit has remote control of serial devices through an RS-232 extension. With support for video resolutions up to 1080p (1920 x 1080 at 60Hz), the HDMI transmitter and receiver kit also supports digital and analog audio to the receiver and analog audio from the receiver to the transmitter. The HDMI over ethernet extender kit includes an easy-to-use online app to manage your IP video distribution. The app is available on iOS for an iPhone or iPad, Android for a smartphone or tablet, and Google Chrome browser for a desktop.
