HPE provides corrective support to resolve identifiable and customer-reproducible software product problems, support to help you identify problems that are difficult to reproduce, and assistance in troubleshooting problems and determining configuration parameters for supported configurations. Once a software case is logged, an HPE engineer will respond to the case within two hours if this time falls within the contracted coverage window.
For eligible products, the defective media retention (DMR) service feature option allows you to retain defective hard disk or eligible SSD/flash drive components that you do not want to relinquish due to sensitive data contained within the disk.
