Comms-care provides maintenance and support services on all devices, which enhance the extended warranty offerings available directly from Microsoft. The service suite covers requirements at both time of sale and post-sale, encompassing asset tagging and tracking, imaging, delivery services and fulfillment, installation and deployment through to product support, replacement and repairs, and end-of-life data wipe services and trade-ins. In addition there is 'bolt on' telephone support for Microsoft software applications.
