The device easily connects on the front of the printer or MFP and provides a more secure environment for your users and your organisation. Carefully engineered features enhance security and prevent unauthorised users from gaining access to sensitive information. Use the Lexmark Contact Authentication Device to manage access to an individual printer or MFP and authorise access to specific functions on the device, including email, fax, copy or scan with the wave of a proximity card. Plus, the device provides full compliance with most industry standards and works seamlessly with virtually every contactless smart card.
